Promotion Specific Terms for Fibre Chat $50 Prezzy® Card Promotion​

Complete a phone conversation with one of our Fibre Connect Ambassadors and receive a $50 Prezzy® Card (the Promotion).

In addition to our standard terms (which may be found here), the following terms apply to this Promotion:

  1. The Promotion is a limited time offer which commences on 1 March and ends on 15 April 2022 at 23:59 (the Offer Period).

  2. To take part in this Promotion, you must complete a phone conversation with one of our Fibre Connect Ambassadors during the Offer Period. This conversation will cover your current internet connectivity use and explore your broadband needs. The conversation is expected to take no longer than 15 minutes.

  3. If (acting reasonably) we confirm your phone conversation with our Fibre Connect Ambassador was completed, we will send you a $50 Prezzy® Card.
    .
  4. You are only eligible to receive one x $50 Prezzy® Card for an Eligible address. An Eligible Address is the residential address that received the Fibre Chat Promotional Flyer and which must be able to connect to our fibre network. You can check whether your address can connect to our fibre network here.

  5. For the purposes of this Promotion, we will be collecting certain personal information from you, which we will use to keep in touch with you if you agree to a follow-up call, and to share with our service providers to complete the delivery of your fibre connection, Prezzy® Card and all associated aspects of this Promotion. In addition, any personal information we collect from you will be held by us in accordance with our privacy notice which can be viewed here.

Promotion Specific Terms for Fibre Chat additional $150 Prezzy® Card Promotion

Place an order for a new fibre connection on our network between 1 March and 15 April 2022 and receive a $150 Prezzy® Card (the Promotion).

In addition our standard terms (which may be found here), the following terms apply to this Promotion:

  1. This Promotion is a limited time offer and commences on 1 March and ends on 15 April 2022 at 23:59 (the Offer Period).
    .
  2. To take part in this Promotion, during the Offer Period you must:
    1. have received, or be eligible to receive, the $50 Prezzy Card as party of our Fibre Chat promotion;
    2. your Eligible Address must not already have an existing fibre broadband connection; and
    3. purchase a fibre broadband plan from your preferred internet service provider for an Eligible Address that results in a new connection to our fibre network. An Eligible Address is the residential address that received the Fibre Chat Promotional Flyer and which must be able to connect to our fibre network. You can check whether your address can connect to our fibre network here.

  3. We must have received the fibre order request from your internet service provider no later than 23:59 on 22 April 2022.

  4. We will send you a $150 Prezzy® Card on completion of your new fibre connection at your Eligible Address. A fibre connection will be completed when we have activated the layer 2 fibre service at your Eligible Address, which usually happens after your internet service provider has placed your order with us. If your new fibre connection is completed after the expiry of the Offer Period, you will still be eligible to receive the $150 Prezzy® Card.
